Product Information

Zirconia Toughened Alumina Substrate (ZTA)

Zirconia Toughened Alumina Substrate has special characteristics of high strength, high toughness, and high reflectivity, and can withstand severe thermal shock tests.

It is applicable to high power electronic component application materials.

ZTA Substrate characteristics:

. Its strength is more than twice that of general alumina substrates.

. Higher reflectivity than general alumina substrates and aluminum substrates.

. It can withstand severe thermal shock tests.

. Excellent stability under high temperature environment.

. Excellent substrate surface quality.

Product Application

ZTA Substrates are used in:

. Substrates for high-power power modules, such as IGBT module substrate.

. LED module substrate.

. DBC or DPC metalized reworked substrate.

. Automotive power module substrate.

. Sensor module substrate.

Raw Material Characteristics:

Alumina x Zirconia Powder

. High chemical purity.

. Uniform powder grain size.

. Stable α phase alumina.

. Stabilized monoclinic/tetragonal zirconia.

. Highly homogeneous mixture and dispersion.
